Abstract-Online systems such as massive open online courses (MOOCs) are new innovative learning technology in education.With the proliferation of MOOC systems, little has been mentioned about blended MOOC system and how it enhances students' performance. Blended classroom is a form of learning taking place between two different activities of which one is online and the other is traditional teaching method using bricks and mortal classroom settings. This study reveals the effectiveness of blended classroom teaching for an undergraduate course. The module was embedded in an eLDaMOOC platform, which is a platform for delivery computing concepts, and Python programme course. This research aims to investigate students' perceptions of self-regulated learning (SRL) habits. A multidimensional survey was designed to evaluate each aspect of SRL skills, motivation and attaining better grades within the course. This analyses explores (a) cognitive process of students improving their self-regulated learning skills (b) potential of students' preparedness and motivation to engage with the course content in a blended context (c) potential difference in addressing the relation among the methods of engagement and achievement in their weekly assessment results. The research applied an Online Self-regulated Learning Questionnaire (OSLQ) as the instrument for measuring the self-regulated learning in eLDaMOOC learning environment. In developing a revised OSLQ to address the use of instrument to measure self-regulated learning in an online blended classroom context. Data collection process was conducted on a sample of first year undergraduate student who took a seminar module via a blended course format. The results indicate the level of self-regulated learning explored from the measure of the self-regulation in the blended learning environment in this study.

The purpose of this report is to identify the most prominent issues in U.S. higher education and to develop strategic research plans to address the issues that are most relevant to ETS's capabilities in measurement and assessment through the ETS's higher education research initiative. In the United States, issues related to higher education such as improved performance and effective accountability have received unprecedented attention from stakeholders at many levels. At the national level, President Obama has set forth an ambitious agenda for American postsecondary education such that by 2020, the United States should once again have the largest concentration of citizens with a postsecondary degree. At the corporate level, ETS, as the world's largest educational research and testing organization, is ready to move beyond testing program‐based research in higher education and has the capability to deal with some of the most thorny issues in higher education. By strategically expanding post‐secondary research, ETS will establish itself as a pioneer and thought leader in the field of higher education. The first part of the research report identifies four key issues existing in American higher education: enrollment and performance, retention and degree attainment, student learning and experience, and learning outcomes and accountability. The second part of the research report develops an ETS research agenda with short‐term and long‐term plans to address these issues. The agenda specifies short‐term and long‐term research goals that are specific, attainable, and measurable. Research findings from the studies proposed in this agenda have a potential for advancing understanding of the current situation and future needs of American higher education and also contributing to enhanced student learning at postsecondary institutions. Reaffirming and strengthening American higher education is critical to this country's success in the 21st century.

Abstract-The purpose of this research is 1) To develop blended learning using internet 2) To develop the lessons via internet network in computer programming and algorithm 3) To study sample's satisfaction on blended learning using internet. The conclusions are blended learning using internet in computer programming is consisted of 2 procedures. Procedure 1) Preparation procedure, has 3 sub-procedures which are as follows; 1.1 Orientation 1.2 Grouping and 1.3 Practice. Procedure 2) Learning procedure, has 4 sub-procedures as follows; 2.1 Introduction, 2.2 Learning 2.3 Conclusion and 2.4 Posttest. The learning was divided to be 60% of a normal learning class and 40% of e-learning consecutively. The result of studying sample's satisfaction on blended learning using internet divided into 4 subjects. These are content of learning, design of teaching and learning media, interaction with e-learning and promoting learning. The average equaled 4.09 (SD = 0.53) in high level.Index Terms-Internet, blended learning, computer programming and algorithm. I. INTRODUCTIONIn the present education, Information and communication Technology has been applied for promoting learning of students which technology can be the result of learning management by students have ability to learn and develop themselves, and moreover, students are the most important. Learning management process is to promote students to develop themselves naturally with full effort. The teachers are responsible for giving advice, and explaining purposes and learning methods [1]. And in category 9 th of National Education Act, it mentioned that Technology for learning can be applied for teaching and learning to promote learning of students leading to self-knowledge acquisition throughout whole life [2] including policy of Information and communication Technology.
