The implementation and use of AI technologies in education offer great potential for increasing the quality of student learning, as well as assisting teachers in organizing the educational process. However, the use of AI in education (AIEd) also raises some important ethical questions. The article discusses some aspects of applying some AI technologies to improve personalization, accessibility, and interactivity in school education. The authors aim to share their experience in successfully integrating AI into the classroom while focusing on the ethical and responsible use of these technologies.
