“…The relative dielectric constant ε r of the CeO 2 -doped BTO-KNN materials are found to vary between 150 and 190. The dielectric loss tanδ of the doped BTO-KNN-based ceramics are found to be very low, less than 0.4%, and the ceramic (x=0.75) shows the minimum tanδ (~0.29%) with the highest d 33 of 28 pC/N among the CeO 2 -doped BTO-KNN piezoelectric ceramics, which is higher than those of other reported BLSF systems [6,11] . The increasing in the d 33 can be attributed to the introduction of cerium.…”

“…We also note that the rare-earth element Pr has been widely used as luminescent centers of inorganic luminescence materials. [15][16][17][18] However, to our knowledge, there are almost no reports on the study of photoluminescent properties of TiO 2 varistor ceramics Whether or not the rare-earth element Pr-doped TiO 2 varistor ceramics can increase the nonlinear coefficient and generate luminescence performance.…”

“…Since the 1960s, the series of BLSFs have been intensively studied for their potentially wide applications in dielectric, ferroelectric, piezoelectric, pyroelectric, electrooptic, and photocatalytic and biosensing fields. 1,2,4,5,[15][16][17][18] Many groups confirmed that doping with rare earth elements such as La 3+ , Pr 3+ , Ce 3+ , Nd 3+ , Sm 3+ , Eu 3+ , Dy 3+ , Gd 3+ and Ho 3+ etc. 2,4,5,19,20 could effectively modify BLSFs' electric properties.…”
