Broadband matching via reflection function optimization

Abstract: In this paper, a practical approach is presented for designing broadband matching networks via reflection function optimization. In the proposed algorithm, the input or output reflection function of the matching network is expressed in terms of three real polynomials describing the matching network, load and generator reflection coefficients.
