Bromwich Method for Solving Maxwell’s Equations Applied to Cylindrical Resonators

Abstract: The Bromwich method for solving Maxwells equations is firstly introduced. This allows for establishing the grounds for reaching solutions in a number of different coordinate systems. Secondly, the cylindrical system is put, leading to a pertinent solution for cylindrical resonators. Next, practical procedures are described for identifying desired resonant mode and for rejecting the undesired ones. Finally, a TE O12 resonator is accomplished and the appropriate results are described.
