“…To support HSNCR, a hash searching lost packet selection approach is designed. The contribution of this paper is summarised as follows: (i) We propose a constant NC-ARQ retransmission scheme, which provides more possibilities of NC to improve retransmission efficiency as compared with the existing INC-ARQ retransmission schemes [1][2][3][4][5][6][7]. Since this new scheme would not retransmit a lost packet until an optimum combination is found or a maximum combination is selected, it maximises the efficiency of every retransmission packet.…”
