This research is very important to do because it is very useful for the community and input for the bank. This study aims to find out how to handle non-performing loans during the Covid-19 pandemic in one of the financial sectors, by conducting a case study at PT BPR Bank BCD Magelang. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative, which uses primary data from the results of field research and secondary data from the literature. The collection technique used is by observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. The analytical technique used is inductive analysis through qualitative descriptive analysis, namely the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study that non-performing loans occur due to two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. The handling carried out by the bank is by fostering debtors through direct visits, if they are still having difficulty paying then by restructuring. However, if the two methods are no longer able to be used and the character of the debtor is indeed not good, then destruction will be carried out, namely by having to pay off or move to another bank or be executed.
