Bullying and Victimisation Dynamics in High School: An Exploratory Case Study

Abstract: Bullying is a worldwide concern and erroneous perceptions of the phenomenon could underscore unsustainable interventions. “…An exploratory case study design is useful when the research aim is to develop new insights about a phenomenon that has not been sufficiently researched (Ferreira & Lind, 2023). This design was chosen as it allowed in-depth subjective reasoning in an unrestricted manner of the teachers' knowledge levels, attitudes and experiences towards continuous assessment at the secondary school level (Lekunze & Strom, 2017).
