The objective of this research was to design an office automation tool to apply business intelligence in a Peruvian water bottling microenterprise. Therefore, the research had a qualitative approach and a descriptive scope. Likewise, the research can be considered as applied research while the study design was crosssectional. The study population was structured considering all the company's processes. The sample was represented by the company's critical processes; accordingly, the production and sales processes were selected by applying a non-probabilistic convenience sampling. As part of the results, a tool was designed in Microsoft Excel based on the use of tables, macros, Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications and dynamic tables. This tool makes it possible for the company to control its daily operations by counting liters produced and sold in their different presentations (drums, plastic bottles and glass bottles). Likewise, a quality control of the batches produced could be carried out by measuring parameters such as PH, chlorine, T.D.S. (Total Dissolved Solids) and attributes such as appearance and flavor. Finally, it was concluded that an office automation tool would allow the application of business intelligence in a Peruvian water bottling microenterprise.
