Calcified Sphenoid Mucocele

Abstract: Sphenoid sinus mucoceles are uncommon lesions, and may rarely contain calcifications within their wall. We describe a new appearance of this lesion--sphenoid sinus mucocele with gross calcifications within its matrix.
