Calculation of Neutron Nuclear Data on Silicon Isotopes for JENDL-4

Abstract: Neutron nuclear data on 28;29;30 Si have been calculated for the evaluated nuclear data library JENDL-4. Simultaneously calculated are the total, elastic and inelastic scattering, and ðn; pÞ, ðn; Þ, ðn; Þ, ðn; 2nÞ, ðn; 3nÞ, ðn; npÞ, and ðn; nÞ reaction cross sections, the angular distributions of emitted neutrons, and the energy distributions of emitted particles and -rays. The statistical model was applied to calculate these quantities. Coupled-channel optical model parameters were obtained so as to reproduc… Show more

“…As for structural materials, we revised the data on Si [78], Ca [79], Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Cu, and W. Moreover, new evaluations were performed for 50,51 V, 59 Fe, 59 Ni, and 180 W. Concerning vanadium, only the elemental data are contained in JENDL-3.3. For JENDL-4.0, the data on two isotopes 50,51 V were evaluated.…”
