It emphasizes building ethical, sustainable research programs in LMICs through strategic planning, goal prioritization, and dynamic strategic plans. The importance of collaboration and inclusive partnerships that value local expertise is highlighted. The chapter also discusses leveraging data to coordinate research efforts and maximize impact, suggesting that ongoing dialogue between institutions and key industry steakholders can potentially tailor costs thus providing efficient, precise, community based and patient focused care.
