Pakistan had an infant mortality rate of 56.88 per 1,000 live births in 2022. According to the World Health Organization, Neonatal mortality is about 45% of all under-five deaths. This study aimed to determine the infant care knowledge and habits of mothers in rural Lahore, Pakistan. A structured questionnaire was used to gather information for a community-based cross-sectional investigation. A straightforward random method was used to determine who each survey respondent was. A grading method was used to determine the mother's level of expertise and actual practice in caring for their newborns. A basic random procedure was used to choose 98 participants. The umbilical cord was reportedly severed by a modern blade in 78% of the cases, while traditional chemicals were reportedly applied to the cord in 12%. While 66 percent of women said that colostrum should be given to their babies, 88 percent of moms knew that breastfeeding should begin within an hour of the baby's birth and that neonates should receive the exclusive feed. Only 5% of moms were unaware that newborns are completely immunized, and 95% had received all their recommended vaccinations. According to the study, it was common practice to apply traditional substances to the umbilical cord, throw away colostrum, delay starting nursing, and feed neonates exclusively. Particularly in rural areas, the Maternal Child Health (MCH) programs and healthcare delivery systems must focus urgently on preventing harmful care behaviors and adopting healthy practices.

Introduction: The leading causes of anaemia in female adolescents are iron and nutrient deficiencies, excessive blood loss during menstruation, and incorrect diet due to a lack of knowledge of female adolescents about the prevention of anaemia and the consumption of iron supplement tablets. This study aimed to analyse the effectiveness of MONOGAMIA on the knowledge level of female adolescents.Methods: The research design was a quasi-experiment pre-post-test with control group. The sample was 96 female students divided into two groups at Senior High School East Lombok from October 4-14, 2024. The intervention group used MONOGAMIA, and the control group used the CEMARI Flip Chart. The Fe tablet was given for four weeks. Data collection used questionnaires of knowledge and iron supplement consumption compliance cards. Knowledge pre-test and post-test were taken on the same day in both groups, and compliance with iron consumption was taken one week after education. The research data were analysed using Wilcoxon, Mann Whitney, and Chi-Square (α<0.05). Results: Both groups had a significant difference in knowledge of anaemia prevention before and after education (p<0.001). There was a significant difference in knowledge about anaemia prevention after education between two groups (p = 0.000). There was a significant difference in iron supplement consumption between the intervention and control group after education (p = 0.028). Conclusion: MONOGAMIA is more effective in increasing knowledge about anaemia prevention and iron supplement consumption in female adolescents than CEMARI. MONOGAMIA can be used to educate female adolescents on how to prevent anaemia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh flipchart terintegrasi STEM terhadap kemampuan berpikir dan hasil belajar siswa di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah meta-analisis. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari 11 jurnal nasional dan internasional. Proses penulusuran sumber data dari google scholar, Emerald, ScienceDirect, Eric, Taylor of Francis dan ProQuest. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung melalui database online. Kriteria sumber data harus memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Kriteria inklusi yang dijadikan data meta-analisis yaitu jurnal terindeks SINTA, DOAJ, Scopus dan WOS, Jurnal harus berbahasa Inggris dan Indonesia serta jurnal yang terbit dari tahun 2015-2023. Hasil meta-analisis menunjukan bahwa nilai Effect Size (ES = 0.902) dengan kriteria sedang. Temuan ini menunjukan pembelajaran flipchart terintegrasi STEM memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa di Indonesia. Penerapan pembelajaran flipchar terintegrasi STEM membantu guru dan siswa dalam menigkatkan proses pembelajaran di sekolah.
