Can locally-recruited R&D personnel significantly contribute to multinational subsidiary innovation in an emerging economy?

Abstract: This paper assesses the role of locally-recruited R&D personnel relative to their expatriate counterparts as regards innovation in multinational subsidiariesin an emerging economy.
