Abstract: Recibido 11-10-2017Recibido 11-10- , aceptado 21-11-2017Recibido 11-10- , versión final 24-11-2017. Show more

“…For TM1 and CM1 E4/E6 polymerization level determination for the first 30 days, values were between 2.8 and 3.1, suggesting compounds with different degrees of aromaticity and aliphatic compounds were present (Fig 1F). Additionally, values below 1.0 could be associated with fractions with greater level of aromaticity and more condensed, such as humic and fulvic acids, indicators of a humus production process [6163]. These results suggest that for TM1 and CM1 microcosms humus production process took place.…”

“…Other characterization analyzes are carried out with the rest of the soil samples (Delgado, 2017). With the rest of the samples of conditioned soils, the physical-chemical characterization analyzes were carried out (NOM-021- SEMARNAT-2000;NMX-FF-109-SCFI-2008;Negrete et al, 2010;MINAET, 2011;Tomás et al, 2013;López et al, 2014;Sánchez and Rubiano, 2015;Pérez et al, 2018 a), being from the SE: pH, Total Dissolved Solids, Electrical Conductivity, Soluble Cations (Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ , Na + , NH4 + and K + ). From direct samples of conditioned soils (solid), the following were determined: Apparent densities (test specimen method), Actual densities (pycnometer method), Porosity (%), Clays (%), Slime (%) and Sand (%), Texture (Bouyoucus method), humic acids (HA) and fulvic acids (FA) (gravimetric and spectral method), and FTIR spectroscopy for HA identification.…”
