The cost of rework that only related to client was estimated at 6% among total rework costs in Swedish Construction Industry (Josephson et al, 2002), and amounted 7.1% and 14.73% as others studies conducted by Hwang et al (2014) in Singapore and Liu et al (2020) in residential buildings of China, respectively.
