Case report: intra-partum utero-ovarian vessels rupture

Abstract: Intra-partum haemoperitoneum resulting from rupture of the utero-ovarian vessels is a rare obstetrical emergency that needs rapid resuscitation with fluid and/or blood replacement and prompt surgical intervention.
