The purpose of this research was to create a plan to improve profitability in quality management and production process in the Super Dorado poultry company, Trujillo, 2022. By design, this research is diagnostic and purposeful based on in formal and exact science. The main root causes by which the company is affected were analyzed; the economic impact that each one represents was also disclosed. Among the main causes that could be found we have: lack of production planning, absence of plan for acquisition of raw material, lack of machinery maintenance and lack of staff training. The engineering methodologies that were implemented in the present investigation were: House of Quality (QFD), AMFE, DMAIC Six Sigma. These tools will help us to improve the company's operating process. This research determined the use of the tools; DOP, Ishikawa, QFD, Control Charts, AMFE and in the same way the Minitab software was used to simulate the current situation of the company and after the improvement. The Pareto diagram was used for the initial diagnosis in the production areas of the company, prioritizing one of the four root causes, the lack of planning in production.
