At present, Russia faces a strategic task related to building a course aimed at a breakthrough in the scientific, technological and socio-economic development of the country. This development is inextricably linked with the digital economy, which, in turn, is impossible without the digitalization of education. The essence of digitalization of education is to achieve high performance in the educational process using digital technologies. It is noted, that within the framework of the digital transformation of education, the content of education, methods, forms of educational work, forms of assessing the results achieved by students are changing. On the one hand, this process is aimed at developing a digital educational environment in order to improve the educational results of each student, but on the other hand, when using digital technologies in the higher educational space, the following risks arise: the risk of dehumanization, the risk of spiritual lumpenization, the threat to the fundamental component of traditional education caused by the promotion of “educational services”, the risk of loss of cognitive competencies, the risk of technologization and robotization, the deepening crisis of intellectual culture, the threat to the creative development of the individual, the risk of social exclusion.

The major focus of this research work is to improve the accuracy of rice quality in real-time images using Support Vector Machine and Convolutional Neural Network. The recommended algorithm for Rice Quality Prediction. The Rice Quality Prediction dataset used in this study contain 356 rice samples (273 for for training 83 for testing) are Support Vector Machine with sample size N=10 and Convolutional Neural Network with sample size N=10 with the G-power of 80% and information units are gathered from more than a few internet sources with the latest learn about findings and threshold 0.05. The rice dataset is utilized for experimental work, and it is carried out with the assistance of the Jupyter software program tool. The end result of the Rice Quality Prediction is the usage of Support Vector Machine in contrast with Convolutional Neural Network.

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak besar bagi dunia pendidikan. Perubahan sistem pembelajaran akan mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran. Pendidik di SDN PENELEH 1 SURABAYA merasakan kendala fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran online. Di masa pandemi COVID-19, keterbatasan internet dan alat komunikasi menjadi persoalan tersendiri dalam pendidikan anak negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengajaran, metode, hambatan dan solusi untuk memecahkan masalah selama pandemi covid19. Penelitian dilakukan melalui metode kualitatif dan melibatkan tiga guru sekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan. Menggunakan triangulasi sumber untuk menguji keabsahan data Subyek penelitian adalah tiga orang pendidik dari SDN PENELEH 1 SURABAYA. Analisis data Miles & Huberman mencakup tiga aliran aktivitas simultan, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasannya adalah kurangnya jangkauan jaringan smartphone, internet, TV dan radio, keterbatasan bahan ajar, jarak dari rumah siswa, disiplin siswa, keterbatasan dan keterbatasan waktu bagi orang tua untuk menemani anaknya belajar. Strategi pemecahan masalah guru meliputi penerapan blended learning, membuat kelompok belajar, mengunjungi siswa secara teratur, bekerja sama dengan orang tua, menyesuaikan rencana pembelajaran, mengoptimalkan media elektronik, dan menggunakan media kreatif. Oleh karena itu, kemampuan memecahkan masalah sangat penting bagi pendidik.
