In this way the metal aluminophosphate materials SAS (STA-6) 28, 29 and SAV (STA-7) 29 have been produced using methylated derivatives of cyclam (1,4,8,11-tetramethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) and Mg 2+ , Co 2+ and other divalent metal cations to ensure charge balance.
