He earned a Ph.D. in Educational Research, Measurement and Evaluation from Boston College in 2004. William Fitzgibbon, University of Houston WILLIAM FITZGIBBON, III earned his PhD degree from Vanderbilt University. He is serving as Dean of the College of Technology and holds professorial rank in Mathematics and in Engineering Technology.
