Cemented Thompson versus Cemented Bipolar Prostheses for Femoral Neck Fractures

Abstract: Purpose. To compare early functional outcomes, complications, and mortality in elderly patients treated with the less costly, cemented Thompson prosthesis or the cemented bipolar prosthesis in order to identify factors affecting outcomes.
