Abstract:Peritoneal mesothelioma is a rare neoplasm that is associated with multiple diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. Therapeutic guidelines are scarce and based on extrapolative data. Histopathological diagnosis is difficult as neither the morphological finding nor the immunohistochemical stains are specific.
