Changes of EPR Spectra by Inhomogeneous Plane Stress Distributions in a Two‐Layer System

Abstract: The influence of plane stress distributions on lineshapes and line positions of EPR transitions in a two-layer system (film-substrat) is investigated. Basing on previous calculations explicit expressions for the lineshape of EPR transitions are derived also for the case of an inhomogeneous stress distribution.
