Characteristic of Fish Glue From Three Different Marine Fishes

Abstract: ABSTRAKLimbah tulang ikan adalah hasil samping unit pengolahan ikan yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam proses pembuatan lem ikan. Lem ikan merupakan zat perekat yang terbuat dari ekstraksi kulit maupun tulang ikan yang mengandung kolagen, yang dapat dihidrolisis dalam air panas dan asam encer untuk membentuk lem ikan.
