Characterization of Neon Plasma Jets Generated by Dielectric Barrier Discharge-Like System at Atmospheric Pressure

Abstract: In this study, neon plasma jets were generated by dielectric barrier discharge-like (DBD-like) system using alternative current (AC) power supply at atmospheric pressure. The optical emission spectroscopy allowed to characterize plasma jet.
