Abstract:In this study, neon plasma jets were generated by dielectric barrier discharge-like (DBD-like) system using alternative current (AC) power supply at atmospheric pressure. The optical emission spectroscopy allowed to characterize plasma jet. The optical emission spectra were recorded to determine the properties of plasma jets with different AC voltages and neon gas flow rates. The spectra of neon plasma jets were analyzed by comparing them with the data obtained from National Institute of Standards and Technolo… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
