Chemical-agnostic hazard prediction: Statistical inference of in vitro toxicity pathways from proteomics responses to chemical mixtures

Abstract: Toxicity pathways have been defined as normal cellular pathways that, when sufficiently perturbed as a consequence of chemical exposure, lead to an adverse outcome.
