Abstract:CuSbSe 2 ink has been prepared by low-cost solvothermal thermal technique. The powdered material is found to have polycrystalline orthorhombic crystal structure, while the films were prepared by spin-coating technique are found to have preferred orientation along (104) direction. The high-resolution transmission electron microscope shows that the prepared ink has homogenous small particles with average size of 2 nm.
