Abstract: Die durch Umsetzung von Isochinolin (I) und den Diazoestern (II) dargestellten Isochinolinium‐ylide (III) lassen sich thermisch zu Isochinolin (I) und den Carbenen (IV) zersetzen, die unter den Reaktionsbedingungen zu Cyclopropanderivaten (V) trimerisieren.
