Abstract:Palladium-Catalyzed Double Carbonylation-Based Diversity-Oriented Synthesis of 3,4-Dihydroisoquinoline-1-carboxamides. -A novel synthetic methodology for the generation of dihydroisoquinoline carboxamides and its analogues is developed.
