Abstract

Reactions of 3-Substituted-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles with Acetylenic Ketones and α-Bromochalcones.-Owing to the wide range of pharmacological activity shown by 1,2,4-triazole derivatives, triazolothiadiazepines (V) are synthesized via Michael addition of mercaptotriazoles (IV) to acetylenic ketones (II).
