Abstract

Das Zwischenprodukt (VI) wird auf zwei verschiedenen Wegen dargestellt: aus dem Indol (I) über die Stufen (II)‐(V) und aus dem Amid (VII) über die Stufen (VIII)‐(X).

Synthesis of (±)-(4aS, 13cR)- and (±)-(4aR, 13cR)-1,2,3,4,4a,13c-hexahydro-5H-indazolo[2,3-d][1,4] benzodiazepin-6(7H)-ones
