ChemInform Abstract: SYNTHESIS OF SUBSTITUTED 1,3,5‐TRIAZINES AS TUBERCULOSTATIC AGENTS

Abstract

Cyanurchlorid (I) liefert mit den Anilinen (II) in Gegenwart von Basen die Anilinodichlortriazine (III), die sich mit den Benzhydraziden (IV) zu den Triazinen (V) umsetzen lassen; diese reagieren mit (II) zu den Bis‐anilino‐hydrazinotriazinen (VI), die auch aus (I) und (II) über die Triazine (VII) durch deren Umsetzung mit (IV) zugänglich sind.
