ChemInform Abstract: TETRAHYDRO‐1,3,5‐THIADIAZIN‐2‐THIONE MIT ANTIMYKOTISCHER, ANTIBAKTERIELLER UND ANTHELMINTISCHER WIRKSAMKEIT

Abstract: Zur Synthese von symm. substituierten Tetrahydro‐l ,3,5‐thiadiazin‐2‐thionen der allgemeinen Formel (IV) werden primäre Amine (I) mit CS2 zu den Ammoniumsalzen (II) umgesetzt und diese mit Formaldehyd (III) in (IV) übergeführt.
