Abstract

N‐(DimethylmethoxysilyImethyl)‐carbamidsäuremethylester (I) wird mittels Thionylchlorid in Benzol in das Chlorderivat (II) übergeführt (7 5% Ausbeute), das mit Triäthylamin in Äther die Verbindung (III) liefert (98,5%).
