Chemotherapy for Primary and Recurrent Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Abstract: Epithelial ovarian cancer is the second most common gynecological cancer. It causes more deaths despite advances in treatment over the last few decades. Following explorative surgery and after histological assessment, the tumor can be formally "staged" according to the size, extent and location of the cancer.
