Cholelithiasis, cholecystectomy – what comes next?

Abstract: Article is dedicated to the gallstones, cholecystectomy upon asymptomatic gallstones. Pathogenetic mechanisms of postcholecystectomical syndrome in patients after cholecystectomy without evidence are described, as well as the methods of its diagnostics.
