CHRONOPHYSIOLOGY AND CHRONOPATHOLOGY OF CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM (Literature Review)

Abstract: This review presents modern data on the biorhythms of cardiac activity in healthy individuals and pathological conditions. The article presents the changes in the indices of the cardiovascular system during the day. There are diurnal patterns in changes of heart rate. As in healthy persons and in patients suffering from arterial hypertension bimodality circadian rhythm of blood pressure was revealed. It is emphasized that circadian fluctuations in blood pressure may be associated with the participation of mela… Show more

“…In addition, the CTs cytoplasmic fraction of CT is of significant importance in the formation of circadian rhythms in both healthy individuals and patients with CVDs. The highest levels of CTs are observed in the morning, which is associated with increased activity of sympathoadrenal system [73][74][75][76], hemostasis system [77][78][79][80] and secretory activity of the thyroid gland [81][82][83]. According to Hessel et al, the CTs cytoplasmic fraction can be Increased Cardiospecific Troponins and HT J Clin Med Res.…”

“…It has been shown that the heart rate, blood pressure, vascular resistance, prothrombotic tendency, platelet aggregation ability, activity of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, activity of the sympathoadrenal system, and levels of catecholamines and cortisol increase in the morning hours, which have evolved and are necessary for normal functioning in the period of wakefulness. However, this has important implications for the pathophysiology of cardiovascular diseases: the frequency of cardiovascular accidents is significantly higher in the morning hours [113][114][115][116][117][118]. The maximum number of cases of AMI occurs in the morning-afternoon time interval (8:00-12:00).…”
