Cinnamoyl-based Nrf2-activators targeting human skin cell photo-oxidative stress

Abstract: Strong experimental evidence suggests the involvement of photo-oxidative stress mediated by reactive oxygen species as a crucial mechanism of solar damage relevant to human skin photoaging and photocarcinogenesis.
