Citizen Bankruptcy Law: in Interests of Market and Person

Abstract

On July 1, 2015 the Federal law of December 29, 2014 No. 476-FZ allowing settle problems of the person’s debt
 before creditors by restructuring of debts under the court control or in the course of person’s property realization also
 under the court control, or on the basis of settlement agreement conclusion, comes into force.
