Classification of acute cholecystitis:etiopathogenetic principles of construction

Abstract: Aim of study is to suggest a scientifically based pathogenetic classification of acute cholecystitis, corresponding to the classical R. Virchow triad “etiology, pathogenesis, outcome”.
