Climate influence on photosynthesis related morphophysiological traits of wheat

Abstract: The morphophysiological parameters of leaves are often used for breeding material screening in selection programs for stress tolerance. In opposite, the pigments content (chlorophyll a and b, carotenoids) and their ratios, stoma quantity and size on both leaf sides and leaf area were involved into characterization of single soft spring wheat variety reactions to different climate conditions at different vegetation stages.
