Clinical and echocardiographic features of aorto-atrial fistulas

Abstract: Aorto-atrial fistulas (AAF) are rare but important pathophysiologic conditions of the aorta and have varied presentations such as acute pulmonary edema, chronic heart failure and incidental detection of the fistula.
