Abstract:Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura-TTP (Moschcowitz's disease) is one of the most severe forms of microangiopathy, which is characterized by intense platelet aggregation, thrombocytopenia consumption, microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, and ischemic damage to various organs. TTP is extremely rare for children and, therefore, it is difficult for clinicians to verify the disease and determine a treatment program. The disease has an aggressive course.
