Clinical Case of 11-Year-Old Child with Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

Abstract: Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura-TTP (Moschcowitz's disease) is one of the most severe forms of microangiopathy, which is characterized by intense platelet aggregation, thrombocytopenia consumption, microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, and ischemic damage to various organs.
