Clinical Observation of Pseudomembranous Colitis Complicated with Multiple Colon Perforations

Abstract: Objective: To present a clinical observation of a patient with pseudomembranous colitis (PMC) complicated with multiple colon perforations, and of post-surgery recovery. Key Points. Severe PMC can cause complications, such as toxic dilatation and perforation on colon, requiring emergency surgery.
