Abstract:INTRODUCTION:Maxillary implant overdenture has improved the quality of life for edentulous patients especially patients with atrophic maxilla. Sub-nasal lifting was introduced to solve the problem of severely atrophic anterior edentulous maxilla to allow insertion of dental implants.
