“…The clinical results obtained in our defocus curve for the Synergy lens were compatible with those of previous studies on the same lens, which demonstrated good continuous VA from a distance, near (40 cm), and intermediate vision (60 cm). [4,10,11,19,20] In both groups, the two patients with the lowest degree of postoperative visual satisfaction reported di culty in activities from near vision because of the need for increased light for extended reading or manual activities, which caused di culty in performing these tasks.
