Clinical presentation and neural correlates of stroke‐associated spatial delusions

Abstract: Background and purpose: Incongruent beliefs about self-localization in space markedly disturb patients' behavior. Spatial delusions, or reduplicative paramnesias, are characterized by a firm conviction of place reduplication, transformation, or mislocation.
