Clinical profile of chest injury a prospective observational study

Abstract: Background: Chest trauma is one of the most serious injuries leading to significant disability and mortality. Chest injury directly accounts to 20%-25% of all traumas related deaths in developed countries. Methods: This was a prospective observational study involving chest injury patients admitted in civil hospital, Solapur over the period of September 2013 to June 2015. Results: A total of 150 chest injury patients were studied out of 864 patients of chest injury during the said period. Males outnumbered fema… Show more

“…Most of the subjects were of the age group 21-40 years (41.6% in our study). This is similar to other studies because the breadwinner of the family will be of this age group and will be more involved in travelling [13,14].…”

“…34 In the case of compound 170, the methyl signals of the methyl groups at positions 1 and 2 are, as expected, different with shifts of 27.63 and 28.23 ppm. 35 13 C NMR data for 3-pyrazolines have been reported in several recent papers, albeit without a detailed discussion 40,117 until an experimental and theoretical paper was published in 2021. 19 F NMR spectra Experimental data have not been published for 15 N NMR spectroscopy of 3-pyrazolines and only calculated values are available.…”

“…Being so composed and having pharmacological effects on humans, they are classified as alkaloids, although they are rare in nature. This rare class of alkaloids has widespread potential biological activities such as antimicrobial [1], antitubercular [2], and anti-inflammatory [3]. The pyrazole moiety makes up the core structure of numerous biologically active compounds.…”
