Clinical significance and diagnostic value of serum NSE, CEA, CA19‑9, CA125 and CA242 levels in colorectal cancer

Abstract: The present study investigated the value of combinations of five specific tumor biomarkers for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer (CRC): Neuron-specific enolase (NSE), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), cancer antigen (CA)19-9, CA125 and CA242.
